The 48V- 15Ah lithium ion battery is dedicated to pedal assisted electric bicycles, with both brushed and brushless motors.

Lithium batteries do not require special maintenance. A few tricks in daily use allow for greater durability and efficiency. It is advisable to subject the batteries to a complete charge cycle before the first use. It is advisable to use a specific battery charger to check that the current supplied by it is compatible with the battery specifications.
The batteries perform best under normal temperature conditions. Temperatures that are too low or too high can reduce the capacity of the accumulator, therefore it is necessary to take this into account in case of use in unfavorable environmental conditions; if possible, it is recommended to recharge the batteries in normal temperature conditions (approx. 20°C). In the event of long periods of inactivity, carry out a complete charge/discharge cycle at least once a month or connect the battery to a battery charger for floating charge.
During use, it is recommended NOT to let the battery discharge excessively. Once they reach the end of their life, rechargeable batteries made with lithium-ion technology constitute hazardous waste and, therefore, must enter the cycle of collection, disposal and recovery of materials.
