Vittoria’s Velar cycling shoes are the Made in Italy shoes of the Racing Pro line.
Vittoria’s Velar cycling shoes are available with classic or iridescent colours combined with a minimal look. These top-of-the-line shoes are designed with two Boa® IP1 rotors, matched to the EFC 2.0 closure configuration, that share the micrometric tightening evenly on the foot, thus avoiding loosening problems.
The IP1 rotor is characterized by incremental adjustment that allows to adjust the tensed rotor while it is in use. Turning it to tighten or loosen the lock, you can follow the natural swelling of the feet that can arise during a ride.
Velar is meant for the experienced cyclists who seek high-level performance together with comfort during the long hours spent pushing on the pedals. The new FCT sole has a very small thickness, a rigidity index of 10 and reduces the weight by 25% compared to a traditional carbon sole, making the shoe one of the lightest on the market. In addition, the great ventilation guaranteed by the sole, the upper and the tongue allow having an excellent breathability. All this is complemented by the Performance Insole that allows you to customize the fit according to your plantar arch, to increase the power transmitted on the pedals, to improve comfort and avoid any trauma.

Velar Limited Edition:
Based on our top-of-the-range Velar model structure, we created the Velar Limited. From technical research and performance analysis, we have combined a kangaroo leather upper, the EFC 2.0 closure configuration and the double Boa® Fit System IP1, ensuring a homogeneous closure on the foot. The Australian Tech Kangaroo leather upper reduces pressure on the foot and increases comfort without compromising performance.
The Velar Limited is available in black or white, keeping the minimal and competitive look that distinguishes our Velar model.
The Velar Limited is complemented by the Performance Insole for a custom fit. Also available with Speedplay® sole.
