The use of the BRX 95 Comfort horizontal recumbent strengthens the muscles, especially of the lower limbs, in addition to the great benefits to circulation thanks to the position that the body assumes during its use.
In fact, the semi-reclining position tones the thighs, buttocks and abdominals more while remaining comfortably at home.
The magnetic braking system works with a magnet placed above the flywheel and the more the strength of the magnet increases the more force is needed to move the disc. The flywheel allows rotation and stabilizes the speed and fluidity of pedaling, which is why its weight is important: the higher it is, the more harmonious the movement on the pedals will be.
